At Khanyisa Prepaid, we take pride in supplying high-quality, SABS-approved utility metering products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

A proof of purchase or invoice is required.
Return Process

Initiate Return:
Contact our support team at info@khanyisaprepaid.co.za within 30 days of receiving your product. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return. -
Ship Your Item:
Send the item to the address provided to you by our support agents. You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or sent in error. -
Inspection & Replacement:
We will inspect the item and, if necessary, send it to the manufacturer for replacement. Once approved, a new unit will be shipped to you or a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account or payment provider.

Contact your credit card provider — posting delays may apply.

Exchanges & Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or not functioning as expected.
To request an exchange, email info@khanyisaprepaid.co.za and send your item to our distribution centre once a support agent has been in contact with you.
Please do not send any items directly to the manufacturer — all exchanges must be handled through Khanyisa Prepaid.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, or licensing reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Downloadable software

Opened or used sanitary, hazardous, or electronic items

Items returned beyond 30 days

Custom or special-order items
Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are final and non-refundable unless defective.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, a gift credit will be issued for qualifying returns. If not, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable courier or shipping insurance for high-value items.
